Baked Cauliflower Cheese

INGREDIENTS

1 Head of Cauliflower, broken into florets

250ml Fresh whipping cream

½ Cup Mascarpone Cheese or Full fat cream cheese

Pink Salt and Pepper to taste

1 cup grated strong cheddar cheese

½ Cup grated Parmesan Cheese

2 teaspoons hot English mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Steam or microwave the cauliflower florets for 10 minutes (par cooked) and transfer to a suitable sized oven proof dish

2. Mix the fresh cream and the mascarpone cheese together, add the cheddar cheese, English mustard, salt and pepper, and pour over the cauliflower

3. Sprinkle over the Parmesan Cheese

4. Place in 180 degrees Celsius heated oven

5. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
