Ingredients
- 1 head of raw cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 3 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tsp Italian Spice
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with olive oil or butter
- Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower (you can use these in a stir fry or salad)
- Cut thick slices of the cauliflower (keep the stalk in)
- Pat dry
- Mix together all the dry spices in a bowl
- Add the olive oil to the dry spices
- Brush over each piece of cauliflower
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until cooked through, and crispy brown.
Serve with a salad, or a protein of your choice from the Green List
