Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

10 Hard-boiled eggs cut in half

2 Tsp Hot English Mustard

4 Rashers of bacon (chopped finely, for the garnish)

Salt and Pepper to taste

2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Remove the yolks from the halved eggs
  • In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with the mayo, mustard, salt and pepper
  • Using a teaspoon (or piping bag), spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white shells
  • Garnish with the chopped bacon (If you don’t eat bacon, simply garnish with chopped chives, or chopped dill, and sprinkle with a dash of paprika)
  • Serve on a platter as part of your appetizer
