INGREDIENTS
10 Hard-boiled eggs cut in half
2 Tsp Hot English Mustard
4 Rashers of bacon (chopped finely, for the garnish)
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the yolks from the halved eggs
- In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with the mayo, mustard, salt and pepper
- Using a teaspoon (or piping bag), spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white shells
- Garnish with the chopped bacon (If you don’t eat bacon, simply garnish with chopped chives, or chopped dill, and sprinkle with a dash of paprika)
- Serve on a platter as part of your appetizer
