Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add in the melted butter or coconut oil. Mix well.
- Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Pour in the warm water and mix until you get a thick dough-like consistency.
- Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan, smooth out the top, and let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the psyllium husk to absorb moisture.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
- Makes about 12 slices.
