Ingredients
Sugar Free chocolate chips
4 Eggs, medium
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp Cloves, ground
60 g Coconut flour
30 g Psyllium husk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp All Spice, ground and mixed
2 tbsp Sweetener, granulated
1 Sweetener, powdered
250 ml Water
Instructions
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the eggs and mix.
3. Add the boiling water and mix until evenly combined.
4. Roll into 8 equal balls and place on a baking tray.
5. Bake at 180c for 20-30 minutes until golden on the outside and cooked in the centre.
6. Mark each hot cross bun with a cross using the powdered sweetener confectioners/icing mix and water paste.
Makes 8 buns
